Synthetic resin emulsion concrete that is trowel-applied to form a seamless, non-sparking surface for heavy-duty areas and rolling loads. It is primarily designed for use between channels of floors in cargo ammunition holds. For that service, it is normally applied at between 1-1/4 to 2 inch (31.7 to 50.8 mm) thicknesses – a minimum of 1/2 inch (12.7mm) thickness. A-70 Latex Concrete can also be used as an underlayment where a thicker application is required at a moderate cost. Features:

Colorflake/TM Sealer is a 100% solids, modified epoxy sealer resin. This product provides a uniform high gloss finish to existing decorative surfaces such as Colorflake M Epoxy, Terrazzo M Basecoat, Terrazzo M Quik‐Step, and Elastaflake. Colorflake/TM Sealer offers substantial protection against everyday wear and tear in high traffic areas. Elastaguard Membrane is a high solid urethane/polymeric membrane used for waterproofing existing underlayment systems, or as a stand-alone corrosion-resistant underlayment. As an underlayment Elastaguard provides the applicator with a flexible corrosion containment system with unrivaled durability when prepared and primed to metallic substrates. Dex-O-Tex Insul-Dex is a trowel-applied calcium aluminate cement deck underlayment system. Insul-Dex is lightweight and provides fire resistance and insulating resistance to thermal transfer. Quik-set is a lightweight underlayment screed used in thin gauge applications for levelling and fairing welds. It is a synthetic resin mastic that, when trowel applied to properly cleaned deck surfaces, will adhere without the use of mechanical fasteners. It has good troweling characteristics and is normally applied in feather edge thicknesses. Quik-Set is approved as an IMO primary deck covering material with low flame spread characteristics and does not produce excessive quantities of smoke and toxic products from combustion. It is moisture resistant, has high indentation resistance and is fast setting. Features:

Terrazzo M is an epoxy resin composition deck covering which is customarily applied to a thickness of 1/4 inch, although it can be installed thicker if desired to produce slope for drainage or fair out irregularities in metal decking. Terrazzo M is trowel-applied to form a sanitary, jointless, virtually impermeable surface. Service testing establishes that this deck covering permanently protects metal decks from corrosion. Terrazzo M Fine is a thin-section seamless primary deck and floor covering comprised of attractively color coated quartz granules embedded in a clear, catalyst-reacted epoxy resin binder. Cove base can be incorporated to form a continuous joint-free surface.
