Terrazzo M is an epoxy resin composition deck covering which is customarily applied to a thickness of 1/4 inch, although it can be installed thicker if desired to produce slope for drainage or fair out irregularities in metal decking. Terrazzo M is trowel-applied to form a sanitary, jointless, virtually impermeable surface. Service testing establishes that this deck covering permanently protects metal decks from corrosion. Terrazzo M Fine is a thin-section seamless primary deck and floor covering comprised of attractively color coated quartz granules embedded in a clear, catalyst-reacted epoxy resin binder. Cove base can be incorporated to form a continuous joint-free surface. Terrazzo M Fine develops exceptionally good bond strength when applied directly to cleaned metal surfaces prepared with TM Bond Coat and has good resistance to water, cooking fats and greases, providing a durable deck covering for commissary spaces and interior sanitary dry or wet spaces. It is customarily applied to a thickness of 1/8 inch in a single trowel step requiring no sealer or topcoat. A cove base can also be incorporated to form a continuous joint-free surface.
