Marunda and Territory Instruments (TI) have signed a landmark Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to jointly deliver expeditionary repair, maintenance, and engineering support to defence and naval forces operating throughout the Indo-Pacific.
This partnership builds upon an earlier meeting between Rachel Wong, Managing Director of Marunda, and Stuart Kenny, Managing Director of Darwin-based Territory Instruments, held in Singapore in February 2024. The MOU formalises the commitment of both companies to enhance mission readiness and operational availability for their defence partners by deploying qualified, certified manpower and resources wherever support is most needed.
The MOU signing was witnessed by representatives from the Australian Trade and Investment Commission (Austrade), including Mick Summers, Defence and Security Director, Southeast Asia, and Michael Png, Northern Territory Business Development Director.
