TM Grout

TM Grout Resin is a high solids, modified epoxy resin enhanced with synthetic silica, designed to create a sealed barrier layer between underlayment systems. It serves as the initial seal coat in the Terrazzo M Base Coat system, filling porous voids to achieve a jointless surface for subsequent layers. Ideal for areas such as passageways, offices, and laboratories, TM Grout Resin offers fast curing, durability in sanitary and wet spaces, and is fire retardant, non-flammable, and non-toxic when wet.
