Clayton currently offers Fired Steam Generators and Fluid Heaters in 18 sizes ranging from15 to 2000 Boiler Horsepower (150 to 20,000 kW) and 518 to 69,000 pounds of steam per hour ( 235 to 37,300 kg/hr). These controlled-flow water tube boilers units are built to appropriate national and local standards, using high quality materials and workmanship. Units are designed to burn natural gas, propane, light oil and heavy oil, as well as a combination of these fuels and these steam generators for sale are available with steam design pressures up to 3000 psig. Two product lines of steam generators are offered. One line covers from 15 to 200 BHP (150 to 1,962 kW) or 518 to 6,900 pounds per hour (235 to 3,130 kg/hr). The other covers 150 to 2000 BHP (1,472 to 20,000 kW) or 5,175 to 69,000 pounds per hour (2,347 to 37,300 kg/hr).

Clayton Steam Master

Clayton Industries’ latest innovation, the small and highly efficient Clayton Steam Master has combined technical expertise and ease of use to deliver a superior product based on reliability and safety.

The Clayton Steam Master is available in three sizes that can be powered by either oil or gas. Gas-fired units have fully modulating output control from 100% to 25%. Oil-fired units are equipped with Clayton’s three-step modulating controller. These units require only 220V single-phase electrical connection and typically consume less electricity than a domestic teakettle.

Clayton’s larger Product line of industrial steam boilers/ steam generators ranges in size from 150 to 2,000 boiler horsepower (1,472 to 19,620kW) and steam flows from 5,175 to 69,000 lbs. /hr (2,347 to 31,300 kg/hr). Pressure design ratings are available up to 3000 psig (207 barg). Clayton offers all their fired steam generators with fully modulating automatic PLC based controls and servo actuated burner management systems.

Superheated Steam Generators

Superheated Steam Generators

Power Range: 200 to 1,000 BHP

Clayton manufactures a line of Steam Generators to provide superheated steam. These units use the same proven design as the basic Steam Generator that produces saturated steam, but with the addition of an integral steam superheating section to the helical coil. The use of the integral superheating section eliminates the need for a separately fired superheater. These units can provide superheated steam at pressures up to 850 psig (57 bar) and at temperatures up to 650°F (343°C).

Feedwater Treatment Systems

Feedwater Treatment Systems

A feedwater treatment and condensate handling system is required with any boiler to properly prepare the inlet feedwater. It should consist of the feedwater (or condensate) receiver, water softener system, chemical injection system and blowdown tank with a cooling water valve.
